Half or full day
Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat
Best for: First-time visitors, swimming and an easy Riviera day
The Lerins Islands are the natural first choice from Cannes. Sainte-Marguerite offers pine-fringed shoreline, coves and the Fort Royal area, while smaller Saint-Honorat is known for its monastery and vineyards. A private boat gives flexibility to swim and view both islands, but landing points, ferry lanes and anchoring restrictions still matter. A full day allows a shore visit and a separate swim rather than turning the islands into a quick circuit.
- Sainte-Marguerite
- Saint-Honorat
- A permitted anchorage between or beside the islands
The underwater eco-museum has a no-anchoring protection zone. Use designated or legal anchoring areas and keep clear of marked swimming zones.
